Account Manager – TENA

About the roleReporting to the State Manager WA, the Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to maintain and grow current accounts for our TENA brand within the residential aged care and community sectors. With a key focus on the delivery of sales with customers in their assigned territories you will drive financial compliance with these customers.This role will see you responsible for driving market share, net sales value, volume to achieve profitability targets. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of sound customer relationship management strategies.Harnessing a customer and service-oriented approach, you’ll use TENA processes systems to increase product sales with existing customers and new business opportunities.Deliver the marketing objectives as well.This is the opportunity to shape the direction of our business and help us grow.
