About the role:
This is an opportunity for someone who loves variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. It will see you manage and lead system implementations and integrations of HR related systems, introduce digital technology to improve HR effectiveness and user experience.
You will also lead reporting and analytics to provide leadership with accurate and timely data to inform decision making. This position will also play a key role in administering company salary review and bonus administration.
We're looking for someone who's keen to take on a challenge and become a key member of our HR Services team.
The following demonstrated experience will be essential to your success in the role;
Experience working with and developing Power BI analytics would be advantageous.
