We are passionate about delivering products and services that provide care, comfort and confidence every day.About the role:This is an exciting opportunity that will see you collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver innovative packaging and product solutions.This will include tasks such as;Deliver the technical components of new product development projects in accordance consumer and customer needs, within a cross functional team.Ensure standards for all new products and packaging meet all aspects of technical and regulatory compliance.Provide data to help set up and maintain product and material specifications, raw material codes, and BOM’s in SAP.Work with line engineers, designers, prepress and printers to develop new artworkLead validation of new product and packaging materials including trial planning and working with external suppliersKey to your success in the role will be your ability to work in a collaborative environment, manage project deadlines and providing technical expertise to stakeholders across the organisation.About you:We’re looking for a team player who has the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll also be able to demonstrate your project management skills by working to tight deadlines but also manage competing priorities.You’ll also be able to demonstrate;FMGC NPD experience using risk and benefit assessment, basic problem analysis and resolution, statistical methods, and design of experiments tools.Understanding of customer design requirements (i.e. F&GC Common Delivery Guidelines for Industry)"Experience developing new artworkFamiliarity with creation of item masters, BOM’s and product cost accountingStrong process/technical/analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProject management and planningDocumentation, archiving and auditingPC proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, WordA degree qualification preferably in Engineering or Packaging/PrintingExperience developing and validating new pallet patterns for transportation including the use of CAPACK softwarePrevious experience working with paper and/or polymer products would be highly desirable.All applicants must hold unlimited work rights in Australia. 70000 AUD Springvale 3171

  • A degree qualification preferably in Engineering or Packaging/Printing
  • Experience developing and validating new pallet patterns for transportation including the use of CAPACK software

Previous experience working with paper and/or polymer products would be highly desirable.
