About the Role
The Sales Operations & Accounts Coordinator is a relatively new position to the Asaleo Care team and acts as a key liaison between the Sales & Marketing teams and the Field Brokers who represent our brands in the field. The ideal candidate will have an in depth understanding of key Sales and Marketing priorities and will communicate these priorities with clarity. They will liaise with the Field Brokers to ensure that they have all the information and tools required in order to be able to execute with excellence in field. The role also provides hands on support of Independent Accounts, giving the incumbent exposure to Account Management. This position is well suited to those early in their sales career and provides the experience required to springboard to National Accounts work.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have relevant tertiary qualifications and some experience in a sales and/or marketing support role in FMCG. Demonstrated skills in relationship building, forward planning, problem solving and technology usage will be highly regarded.
