The interpretation of individual contracts, Awards and Enterprise Agreements will be focuses of the role along with ensuring statutory requirements are met. Reporting to the General Manager, HR Services (and/or a Team Lead) key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Ensuring accurate and timely payments of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for employees for Australia and New Zealand;Managing New Zealand statutory payments;Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting and reconciliations;Payment of payroll tax, group tax and interaction with Finance to ensure accurate and reconciled data;Assisting the broader HR team in other initiatives as required.To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar position.  Experience using Preceda and/or Kronos will be highly advantageous.Come and join us to be part of this success story! Please note you must hold Australian work rights to apply for this position.No agency submissions will be accepted for this position. 60000 AUD Springvale 3171

The Role
