We are passionate about delivering products and services that provide care, comfort and confidence every day. About the role:We have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate OHS Systems Coordinator at our Springvale site.  Reporting directly to the OHS General Manager, this role provides support for the design and implementation of Asaleo Care’s Health & Safety Strategy, culture and OHS Management System.The OHS Systems Coordinator plays a significant role in driving a proactive safety culture and motivating teams. The role also contributes to the maintenance of a safe work environment by facilitating the effective use of a range of OHS systems and practices to implement OHS programs and drive compliance.    The successful candidate will also take on injury claim management. About you:To be considered for this position you will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.  Injury claims management experience will be highly regarded.  You will be confident in demonstrating safety leadership and enjoy working with a diverse group of stakeholders.    You will also be proactive and comfortable in providing analysis and communication of OHS statistics with recommendations to future strategy to the broader business.  Agency applications will not be accepted for this role. 90000 AUD Springvale 3171
