About the role:
This position is responsible for the design and implementation of technology in conjunction with business leaders that deliver improvements in customer experience, increase profitability and enhance the Company’s overall competitive position. The primary objective of this position is to facilitate the design, implementation and adoption of the Company’s digital roadmap, in particular, for the purpose of providing a differentiated offer to our customers and consumers aligned to our product and service offering.
In addition, this position is responsible for assisting sales and marketing across B2B and Retail, corporate communications and human resources and supply chain, to develop and deliver on their digital strategies across all digital platforms and channels, internal, end customers, consumers, distributors and investors.
Key requirements include the provision of digital expertise, input and project management to support execution of technology plans across the business, familiarity with web technologies and enterprise systems, and the ability to communicate effectively from a technical and non-technical perspective to ensure adoption of new approaches to technologies is maximised.
Expertise and experience across the following areas will be highly regarded: web optimisation and analytics, integration tools between SAP and Cloud or on-premise solutions, API based interfaces, software architecture design, business analysis and process improvement and documentation, process mapping and blueprinting.
The position will take a special interest in mobility and how it can be utilised more effectively across the organisation.
